Are you experienced dealing with customers and enjoy the challenges that come with delivering outstanding levels of customer service in a fast paced team environment? Are you available to work week days as well as evenings and weekends? Can you be relied upon to work agreed shifts and work schedules?
If you answered "Yes" to the above, you should consider working as a Customer Service Officer at the Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre. The current position requires a commitment to work 10 hours a week on a permanent basis.
The focus of your role will be to assist patrons of the Centre and you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries. Your duties will include answering telephone enquiries, front desk service and processing forms as well as point of sale transactions. If you are a team player who can use initiative to solve day to day customer related issues this is a role you will enjoy.
